285 Westminster is a visionary 5-storey wood-framed mixed-use rental building in Penticton, BC, designed for Mission Group. Comprising 75 rental apartments in studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom configurations, this project exemplifies architectural excellence. This project is nestled in dynamic downtown Penticton, just moments from the lake, this community offers the very best of Okanagan living, blending contemporary design with the natural splendors of the region.
